To start the process for obtaining access to the Web-based system, please do the following:
- Complete application for new user password. Your account will be activated within 2 working days.
The DIHS Support Center will notify you via email or by phone with your password
information.
- Review Training module for TAR web application. For further assistance, please contact a Managed Care
Coordinator in your region.
- After you receive your password, Log-in to TAR Web and complete the pre-authorization form.
